Alino has become a really popular village in the last few years partly due to the fact the village is set in beautiful nature but also because it is really conveniently located only 45 minutes from Sofia, 20 minutes from Samokov and 30 minutes from Borovets. It is also only 5 minutes from the pools at Belchin.
The house itself sits in a really good sized plot and faces the mountains so has lovely views to the mountains and also is really sunny. The house is situated to the back of the plot with a nice mature garden to the front. There is a building at the front of the plot which has an outside loo and a separate large storage room. A small metal staircase leads to a room on top of this building which seems to have been made as a perfect den for children. It could also serve as a quiet spot in which to hide with a book.
